As a pioneer in the heating and cooling industry, Pinnacle’s online presence lacked showcasing how their company has grown to become a leading provider of commercial and residential HVAC in the Baltimore, DC, and Northern Virginia region. Their current website had not been updated since being founded in 1998, with the exception of a few minor updates, and was very difficult to find on almost all major search engines.
Our first step was a detailed competitive analysis into the companies direct competitors and global companies with a similar niche. This research allowed us to work directly with the Pinnacle team to develop a sitemap architecture that would allow their customers to easily navigate and explore their site and learn about the various services they offer.
Our goal with their home page was to create a dashboard style user interface that answered their visitors top 3 questions, who the company is, what they do, and if they’re a trustworthy company. We answered these questions with the slick design that immediately tells the user their services and displays a revolving testimonial module. We also included an easy method for customers to request an in-house appointment with Pinnacle’s staff.
Our efforts resulted in a 229% increase in monthly traffic and a 168% increase in website leads, just 3 months after launch. Our local SEO efforts also allowed the company to be found on Google Maps and other directory listings, resulting in a huge increase in new daily phone calls.
